We would like to take a moment to update you on our pandemic protocols. We have received many inquiries asking when clients will be permitted back into the clinic. While most of you have expressed great gratitude for our precautions, we are finding some of you have been upset. We have no plans to change our current protocol at this time.
We realize you are anxious to be with your pets at their appointment. It is necessary that we continue with “car appointments” and are not allowing clients to enter the building, as it is still the safest measure to take at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and make thoughtful changes as we deem appropriate. The health & safety of our staff as well as you & your pets is of the utmost importance to us. We can assure you, your pet is getting lots of love and the best care during their appointments!
If you call during our normal business hours and are unable to get through, please continue to try again as our telephone volume has increased significantly.
We are requiring all clients WEAR A MASK for their appointments. Our Doctors & Technicians are still interacting with you at your car and it is important we ensure their safety.
Please use EXTRA CAUTION when pulling into our parking lot. We also ask that you & your pet stay in your car until our technician arranges to retrieve your pet from you. We want to keep everyone as safe as possible with the many cars pulling in & out of our lot.
PLEASE CALL AHEAD for refills of medications, flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention & food so that we may prepare your order ahead of time. We will process your order then meet you at our front ramp to deliver to you when you arrive. Please call when you arrive.

When you arrive for your appointment, please pull into a parking spot & CALL THE CLINIC at 508-520-9239 from your car to check in and let our staff know you have arrived. A technician will call or come out to your car to go over your appointment & answer any questions you may have. We ask that you please stay in your car until they arrange to meet you for safety reasons. When the technician meets you at your car, we will require you to remove your pet from your vehicle and are asking that clients wear masks when interacting with our staff and maintain physical distance. Please wait in your car during your pet’s appointment. Any questions or discussions will happen at your car or over the phone with one of our doctors. We are offering all appointments from our parking lot only. We will only make an exception for end of life appointments and will escort you & your pet directly to one of our exam rooms. We ask that you wear a mask during that time.
Our hospital is professionally cleaned every week. Our staff cleans our hospital multiple times daily & we have increased the frequency paying close attention to commonly touched surfaces.
We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have traveled to a COVID-19 endemic area in the past 14 days. If you or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or is experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, please alert our team so that necessary precautions can be taken while handling your pet.
